We have a fair and reasonable pricing policy

We aim to keep things as transparent as possible so as to exclude any hidden extras. At your first meeting with our solicitors, you will be advised in relation to the fees and funding. You will be explained how we calculate our charges. We will give you a detailed breakdown of the estimated total costs as much as practicable. This will include explanation regarding disbursements as of barrister's fees, court fees or any costing of external resource relevant to your matter. Please note that VAT is payable on our invoices. INFORMATION ABOUT KEY STAGES/TIMESCALES - IMMIGRATION
*Usually, We work on a fixed fee, agreed with the client, for these services however we can also deal on hourly rate. Though completion of the applications is dependent on number of applicants as well as how fast clients can gather the required documents and details, in average it takes between 24-78 hours to complete.
All Prices are subject to VAT @ 20%

What service we will provide you in our fees?
The work involves:
- Initial consultations to evaluate your circumstances and advise on your available options, which on average takes 6-7 hours;
- taking your instructions and sign relevant documents, such as form of authority, client care and fee agreement forms etc., to become our client by generating a client reference on our system, which takes 2-3 hours;
- gathering supporting evidences, review them and request amendment if needed, (such as medical records and bank statements), including taking statements of any witnesses, which we may take 8-13 hours*;
- preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf, which we anticipate will take 3-6 hours;
- attending biometric fingerprint enrollment appointment, hearing or Home Office interview, where applicable. We will advise you before these appointments at the appropriate time, which could be between 1 to 5 hours of work;
- giving you advice on the outcome of your application and any future preparation for next applications, which may take an hour.
In case of Appeal proceedings
The work involves:
- reviewing the refusal letter and advising on the appeal options, which may take bet 2-3 hours. - gathering supporting evidences, review them and request amendment if needed, which we may take 9-15 hours*; - Preparing Grounds of Appeal to be lodged at the Courts which takes 2-3 hours; - Preparing Court Bundle which takes 3-4 hours; - Attending at a Hearing. We will advise you before a hearing at the appropriate time, which could be between 5 to 6 hours of work;
*the number of hours depends on the number of documents, how fast client can provide them, whether they need to be translated, whether any third other third party is involved, whether anything is missing and how long it will take to obtain the missing documents.
