This is a guide to our estimated fees for various aspects of commercial lease transactions. The estimates are based on standard services. The fee may vary if the matter involves exceptional complexity, urgency, value, time or the need to work unsociable hours to meet your requirements. We will of course discuss your specific requirements prior to instruction and provide a bespoke estimate in our client care paperwork to be sent to you at the outset of the matter.
