We aim to keep things as transparent as possible so as to exclude any hidden extras. At your first meeting with our solicitors, you will be advised in relation to the fees and funding. You will be explained how we calculate our charges. We will give you a detailed breakdown of the estimated total costs as much as practicable. Advocacy:
Fee per Hearing (including travel time / expenses): A Counsel can be instructed upon request. Counsel’s fees would then need to be negotiated on an individual basis. Certain complex cases fees will vary, depending on complexity.
