  • A percentage-based fee for administering an estate where this is the most appropriate pricing structure. Our fees may be calculated at 2% of the gross value of the estate plus VAT. In most cases, our total legal fees for administering an estate will not exceed 4% of the gross value of the estate plus VAT, provided there are no exceptional circumstances, such as disputes between beneficiaries, missing assets, overseas property, contested claims or other complex issues. If additional work becomes necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, we will discuss and agree any revised fees with you before carrying out that work.
